Location of Header Image
I am trying to take away this image of a cart which displays in the middle of the store header, as I have circled in this demo image below http://telephonesystemsforbusiness.com/screen2.jpg However, I am not sure where this image is referenced. I am thinking maybe on the Scriptlet Standard Heater.ht...

Underline Subcategory links in CategoryGridPage
I am trying to have ONLY the subcategory links on the Category Grid Page underlined, without changing any of the other links on the page. I am using the theme Glass_Aqua, and the css page stlye.css. I am having much more difficulty than anticipated. What code would I have to add to the CategoryGridP...

Re:
Hello Haak, We've tried a number of commercially available fly out menus and they produced horribly bloated code that noticeably slowed page load. The one on the admin side is our custom control, which on our demo store reduced page size by almost 100k. We're short staffed this week, but we'll get ...

Re: Site Map Page for Users on Storefront
Thanks for this! Sorry for my lack of competency, but how would I post this on a page in the storefront? (say on sitemap.aspx for example).

Site Map Page for Users on Storefront
I would like to have a viewable sitemap on my storefront that has links to all the major pages on my site (main pages, categories, subcategories). This is useful for users to navigate, and search engines like it as well, as it boosts the internal linking scheme of a site. The preferable name would b...

Re: Left Sidebar Navigation for all Pages?
I did this, thanks. However, my problem is that Standard Sidebar 1 only shows the subcategories of the current category being viewed. I want it to be static, always showing the root categories of my site, so that everything is always 1 click away. Also, it would be even better if the Standard Sideba...

Re: How do I add meta tags?
Does anyone know how to get the meta-tags implemented? My web site is sinking on the search engine results because I don't have this implemented. Thank you! Although Meta-Tags do have their uses, they basically mean diddly-squat to the Search Engines nowadays. Google and Yahoo, and probably all the...

Left Sidebar Navigation for all Pages?
I was wondering whether anyone has configured a template where the left navigation sidebar appears on every single page on the website. The majority of websites have this configured. A left navigation bar that is consistent throughout the site is tremendously useful to the average visitor, as oppose...

Re: Cannot resubmit declined orders
Thanks for the help. I most definitely do want to keep this option enabled during checkout. The reason I was asking is because I wanted to be able to use the "retry" option on the dropdown menu after a bad card has been put through. This is not possible once the manual void happens, however. Anyway,...

Cannot resubmit declined orders
If a customer’s payment is declined because the info they entered is incorrect, I can no longer retry capturing the card in the order admin. When an order is declined, in the Able order management it shows the result as “FAILED” and then gives the explanation for why the card was rejected. However, ...

Re: Email Confirmation even when Order Rejected
I would like there to be no emails at all unless the customer successfully makes a payment. There is no reason for an email to be sent to the customer before an order is completed because the shopping cart itself informs the customer that their credit card did not go through properly, and then it re...

Email Confirmation even when Order Rejected
Able sends the customer an email confirmation stating that their order has been placed successfully even when the order is rejected by the credit card verification system. So, if a customer places an order and puts in the incorrect order info, the card is rejected and the customer is redirected to p...

Re: Developers: Orders change billing address, validation patch
You're right, it is a hand feature - and it doesn't make the site insecure. But could it potentially make you have to deal with fraudsters who make false orders, then when you are trying to hunt down the customer? Not dangerous, maybe just a nuisance - you're right, probly not a big deal. I don't me...

Re: Developers: Orders change billing address, validation patch
No, this is not it. That feature allows you to change the billing address AFTER an order has been placed. Right now customers are completely unable to change their billing address if their credit card is rejected due to a wrong billing address. So, they are stopped dead in the water and cannot place...

Developers: Orders change billing address, validation patch
Developers, Are you working on on a patch for customers to be able to change their billing address on an order if they put in the wrong billing address for the credit card and it is rejected. As you know, without this the patch for credit card validation isn't much use for a lot of us since a large ...

Re: Credit Card Validation Improvement
Is there a way to prevent this error? It's a really big deal, and is definitely going to happen a lot. How do other shopping carts deal with it? I'm sure they do - because Authorize.net is so commonly used, and in many carts I've redone orders quickly and not gotten the duplicate transaction problem...
