We need to hide the section for "Shipping Estimate". I cannot figure out where to do this. The shipping estimate displays in the right sidebar once you select a product.

I am trying to find out how to add a hyperlink to either the Merchant Admin header or preferably a menu option with a hyperlink. The hyperlink will call a url on our server. I only want this on the Admin. Any ideas?
