As I work on my site, the one thing that bothers me more and more is the ViewState ID. I have read several aritcles here about moving it to the bottom of the page, which doesn't really solve the issue. Is streamlining this code something that the developers see as any kind of priority moving forward...

"This account has been locked for 10 minutes."

Tried 3 different times now, all over 1 hour apart. Still says the same thing.
