because i have 1000's of products and product options, it wouldnt work. for instance just for business cards, you have 20 different prices (qty ranges of 1,000 to 100,000) using 15% for 1,000 would be very different rush fee for 100,000. so i can not use a fixed value :( guess i have to use kits on ...

Im managing options for business cards for resale....I want to specify an option for turnaround times.
