Search- look up on back end failed
I've been imputing new products on our site with SKU's (same procedure as always) When I went back to do a search on the back end of our site by SKU/Keywords the product is not found. (This is only happening with the new item, old items are not affected.) However, on the store front I am able to fin...

Re: Coupons
Thanks Mike. The problem is that I can't find any information on user groups - what they are, how to set them up and how you can use them. The instructions for AbleCommerce are very limited, and as my last shopping cart was Storefront 5, all the bells and whistles now available have me a little over...

Re: Coupons
I don't want to do that because I want to be able to make special prices for different customers.
Some of my customers do large volumes and therefore get better pricing.

Coupons
I cannot figure out how to do the following: When a customer orders 60 or more of an item, I want to issue a coupon that gives them a discount of $1.81 per item on 60 or more. On 59, there is no discount. There is no place on the coupon to set a minimum order amount. The quantity amount only gives a...

HTML Editoer doesn't work
I just uploaded Release 1 for AC7.0
In IE, the content loads in the HTML Editor, but it only saves the first line of code and ignores all the rest.
In Firefox 3, the HTML Editor neither loads content, nor saves it.
Any ideas how to get it working?
