We are having this same problem with our subscription emails, the same two lines are not working.

Where you able to determine a cause/fix for this?

I put this code in and now the product shows up twice on the page, once in the area of shippable items but it is still showing as a non shippable item also.

As our subscription based is getting older we are running it this more, additionally we have having this same problem when people get an updated card and it has a different 3 digit security code.

I must be looking in the wrong place - I don't see an order date in the subscription table. In that table there are dates for Expiration, NextOrder, LastOrder, ExpirationAlert

Where do I find that original order date?

Anyone have any ideas on the best way to figure out how long a customer has been a subscriber of one our subscription plans? We would like to reachout to people who have been subscribers certain amount of time (ie 6 months, 12 months) with special offers.

Things are looking good for the patch fixing the problem.

We had two orders generated this weekend where the customer had previously purchased other items with their subscription. Both orders where correctly generated!
