I noticed this error in our log file this morning

"A duplicate customer payment profile already exists. "

Any ideas what causes this to happen? Will it have any impact on that customer?

OK, my bad. I checked the settings and the template was set to none. I found out that the team that manages subscriptions decided not have that update email sent.

Sorry about that, you might want to considered not generating an error message when someone tells the system to not send an email.

When we update a subscription I am seeing this error in our log.

Subscription updated notification email failed, could not load the email template.

We are using the default template so I am not sure why it would not be loading.

Any ideas or suggestions?

It looks like the patch has not resolved the issues with the order status. All of the orders that are auto-generated for the subscription are still showing shipment pending even though there is nothing to ship.
