Did you ever find a fix for this problem? We just got the same error on one of our category list pages. It is only on one of them though not all of them, which i find a little strange .

They are being redirected to the PayMyOrder.aspx page just fine, it is after they make a successful payment on the PayMyOrder.aspx page that they are not being redirected to the receipt.aspx page.

Opps sorry I put the wrong page down. HandleFailedPayments is enabled on the receipt.aspx page.

I have added code to Receipt.aspx to interact with another component of our website. We have enabled the HandleFailedPayments option on OnePageCheckout.aspx. It is a custom version of the simple category list conlib. If the result returns no categories then it looks at the parent category and returns the categories in the parents group.

You don't need to worry about adding tax codes to items. I'm not sure if it matter if they already have tax codes applied to them. None of our items have a tax code associated with them. The code replaces the taxcodeid of each item in the basket but I don't know if Able Commerce replaces them later ...

Yep, you will have to create a tax rule for each of the tax codes. They should have a 1 to 1 relationship so each tax code should have only one tax rule. You do not need to put anything into the postal code field since we do not want able commerce to apply the tax code based on the postal code.
