Check box for email recipients from different list pages?

It seems if I check 5 different users on page 1, the checks disappear when I go to page 2 to check more users. So I can only send emails to users listed on a certain page. It seems that can't be right. Any suggestions?

thx

Manual emails with images arrive at recipient with red dot.

Hi,

Not a developer, just a store owner here.

Whenever I put an image into an email for manual sends, the image shows up in Preview but never for the recipient. I am using the icon to choose an image from my host's server and sending in HTML format.

Any suggestions?

thx
