Thanks for the reply. I do have a Google Gateway setup. Perhaps there is something wrong with how that is setup. Below is a screenshot of that gateway (blackout to protect the innocent) :) . My client has many products that have parts that ship in multiple boxes. Sometimes multiple shippers. For example a large scale may ship DHL freight but the indicator that goes along with it might ship via UPS as to not get damaged. Both shipments are considered the same product ID (just two parts)....
