Re: How to view what was entered on the "Name on Card" field?
First, you have to be running the final version of AbleCommerce because this was fixed in build 9879. You also need to have SSL enabled to view the account data. Go to Configure > Security > General Make sure that you have Enable Credit Card Storage checked and some number of days to save the data....

Globalization and localization in version 7.0.2
Hi, How do I set globalization and localization for AC 7.0.2? I've tried modifying the web.config but it has no effect: <globalization fileEncoding="utf-8" requestEncoding="utf-8" responseEncoding="utf-8" culture="en-AU" uiCulture="en-AU"/> Surely this must be easy! Just can't find it... Please help...

Hi, I have carefully read the instructions and configured our paypal account AND the AC7 paypal gateway with everything required, yet I can't work out how to make the paypal EXPRESS button show up (whether in the basket OR checkout page). Re: Issue with SSL
PROBLEM SOLVED in regards to my 2 x posts above.
The infinite loop was being caused by one of our 3rd party components httpmodule. It was rewriting SSL requests back to normal requests (then AC7 was trying to rewrite them back! etc. etc. etc. etc. etc.........)

Re: Issue with SSL
Further to my post above, it appears all SSL requests (outside of the /Admin/ folder) are failing due to an infinite loop. I've tried a few different ablecommerce.config settings, but cannot get the system to serve SSL pages properly anywhere other than the /Admin/ folder. Is there somewhere else I ...

Country drop down list filter
Hi, I have a store that only ships to Australia and New Zealand. I configured 2 x shipping zones in AC7 admin, but checkout still shoes all countries in the drop down list. What is the best way to ensure that only Australia and New Zealand appear in all the various checkout countries drop down lists...

SSL on sub-domain and dissapearing www
We purchased the standard AC7 license for the domain navon.com.au a little while back and I have a couple of questions (which other members might also be interested in!). 1) We want to configure an SSL certificate on https://secure.navon.com.au. In your online help, the following statement is made: ...

Re: SiteFinity Integration? Membership provider problem
I will post a summary of the steps taken once everything is working (I'm still having an issue with configuring multiple membership providers for the two admin systems). However, the main thing is I can now successfully drop AbleCommerce user controls into SiteFinity pages and they are rendering jus...

Re: SiteFinity Integration? Membership provider problem
Thanks Mazhar and Sohaib. It looks like I've managed to get everything working. Basically, I started with a fresh AbleCommerce install (as suggest above) and incrementally added the SiteFinity web.config entries, files, folders etc. Both http modules and membership and roles providers now happily co...

Sorry, the application is SiteFinity 3.2 (CMS system. http://www.sitefinity.com). I'll let you know if I can get it to work. I'm sure there will be others out there who have / want to do the same thing.

Re: Running AbleCommerce as a nested web application
Thanks for sharing your experiences here Joe. Yes, merging the web.config files (and indeed both web applications) has so far been my only approach. I seem to be getting very close, but when I try to configure various membership provider combinations (web.config) I get the following error: Parser Er...

Running AbleCommerce as a nested web application

Is this sort of integration scenario possible? Any tips would be much appreciated! I have already seen that...

SiteFinity Integration? Membership provider problem
Hi all, First of all, just wondering if anyone has successful integrated AbleCommerce 7.0 with the SiteFinity CMS web application? I've tried 'merging' the web solutions as a first attempt (copying Bin, App_Data, merging web.configs etc). I seem to be getting very close, but when I try to configure ...
