Yet, most products are not fully available until the 2-3 week of November A lot of people place orders and use the shipping message box to let us know when they would like the deliver...

Hello,
Does anyone know if there's a Pre-order feature in this version of ablecommerce. We've been putting in the copy "Available from" but a lot of people are missing the message.
If you have any cool solutions to this problem let me know!

Free Shipping Coupon and Global Discounts
Hello,
On our site we have Volume Discunts set up as global discounts. For some reason If i have a free shipping coupon but the customer qualifies for the volume discount, the free shipping coupon will not work. Any ideas as to how to make this work?

Hi Jaime,
No problems on the customer end for us, but you can try this and hope this may help. Try to enter a payment in for an order through the backend, for some reason in Chrome we get stuck...

Not sure about the technical stuff but at least for us we ended up paying less for the newer server...Having a 2003 server was more expensive.

We had google analytics setup for funnels at checkout and it was working until we made an upgrade.
I've tried to put in the widget on the footer, etc but i still do not get any info.
Any hints as to how to make google analytics work during checkout?

Hello, We have an issue with the review system. We just tweaked our site so that customers who have a failed payment can enter in the credit card again. The difficulty we are having is to know when customers have gone into the link and processed the payment again. All of our orders are marked as 'Authorized', as long as the payment doesn't fail, ...

Can Failed Payment Orders be put through on the frontend?
If a payment fails (I'm using 7.0.6 version), is there a way to send a customer a link to try the payment again or does it have to be done from the backend?

We recently upgraded to 7.0.6 from 7.0.0. Sometimes we've noticed that some customers sessions are becoming mixed with other sessions. We're not quite sure why this is happening - has anyone experienced this before?
