I am trying to upload a mass number of gift certificates at one time. More than 100. Does this utility, or another, allow me to create a csv (or another type of file) and let me upload the data to process (create and notify the bearer) the gift certificate?

I cannot upload more than 50 products at a time. All the products will load just not in one file. THis is frustrating. Please help.

"No Product Available for Import(Upload)" is the error I get.

Able is hosting. I can upload 10 product items without problems. nce I add more items, if fails. "No product available for import(upload)".

What my upper limit? I want to load 1,000 items at a time.

I keep getting "No Product available for Import(Upload)" trying to use the Beta 2 of the data import utility.

What conditions can cause that message? The file looks file, only has like 12 products and I'm using the exact same column layout as the bigger file that worked perfectly last night.

I created a new store and received an email with all the data (url, username, password). I changed the password. Placed the data into the dataport.

"Invalid response from server" is the popup.

What next?

where do i change the password in the demo store?

I am brand new to your system. I need to know what to place in each box; Store Name, Store URL, Administrator Name, Password. Where do I find each piece of data? I'm in the trial period.
