Capture a different amount than authorized with CC
We automatically authorize cards (Payflow Gateway) at checkout but do not charge the card (capture) until the order is ready to go out. We had a situation this week where the amount to be charged was LESS than the authorized amount. How do we charge just the actual amount (always would be LESS)? I h...

Display thumbnail in CategoryListPage.aspx
I am finishing an upgrade from 7.01 to the newest version of Gold. Our old CategoryListPage columns had been changed to include the thumbnail. The AdvancedSearch.aspx search result gives me what I want the final output to be, but I am having trouble setting up my custom CategoryListPage. Can anyone ...

Bug in Recurring Payments *Paypal*
AbleCommerce will allow me to put two subscriptions on one invoice. Paypal Payflow Pro will not process two recurring transactions since it is getting passed the same transactionID. This is a critical problem for me at this point. You can't tell a customer that they cannot order more than one subscr...

Re: Kitting Subscriptions
The payment is properly processed for the first item, but the second does not work. Even if I do them as two separate items (no kitting), it won't accept the second subscription. The message when trying to make the second payment is: Oops! We could not process your last payment. The bank said: Dupli...

Emails to a User Group
I would like to send an email to everyone in a specific user group. I do not want an email subcription list (opt in/out). I would just like to send a one time email to those who are in one of my user groups.
Thanks

Re: Manual Capture Successful (but not)
Thank you. I am, however, in agreement with the previous poster who said that RETRY CAPTURE should be renamed since it has nothing to do with Retrying the Capture and shouldn't result in CAPTURED and payment complete. That is NOT what it is doing.

Manual Capture Successful (but not)
We are using Paypal as our creditcard payment gateway (direct processing not with a customer Paypal login). All works fine unless the credit card fails for some reason. If we go to the Payments screen in Admin and do a manual capture (Selected RERUN Card), the result is SUCCESS with a balance of 0, ...

Re: Username Bug?
According to the tracking, this bug is considered fixed -- however, I do not have a way to get the fix. It is not listed in the 10-17 Patch.
We cannot do anything without this login fixed.
Thank you.

Minimum Order
I thought I was able to set a minimum order value - ie. No orders under $35.00 I can change minimums for shipping method, but I would like the shopper not to be able to checkout with less than $35 in their basket.
Is this a standard option?

Username Bug?
We want to use our customer's existing customer number as the "username". AbleCommerce accepted these values at setup (all 200 customers are uploaded); however, the login doesn't work. No error message is returned. The default.aspx screen is returned, but they are not logged in. If I add a letter at...

Multiple Receipt Pages

Re: Wishlist Error after upgrade to 7.0.3
The files had not been modified from the original. I have copied the original 7.0.3 ConLib\MyWishlistPage.ascx (Date: 2/10/2009 8K) and ConLib\MyWishlistPage.ascx.cs (Date: Date: 2/10/2009 6K) and continue to get the identical error. How can I have the SKU show on a SimpleSearch result (SearchPage.ascx)? Simply using product.Sku doesn't work.

itemTemplate1.Controls.Add(new LiteralControl(string.Format("<a href=\"{0}\" class=\"highlight\">{1}</a><br />", productUrl, product.Name)));
Thanks
