After hours of testing and doing things such as moving the sight with fresh install to a different data center, the server has most likely been ruled out. James, we do have a sales tax in our state and an exempted group as we sell to resellers as well as government agency's. Not sure if you tried to do a payment after the order was entered. If we do a defer payment (which takes like 30-60 seconds to switch to the option then another 20-30 after clicking the defer payment button) then enter the payment after the order is created, there is no delay on payment. It was allowed before we upgraded to Gold. Dont know why it would be disallowed since the option is there to edit. It allows you to click edit, pick a method, insert the tracking number but it does not take.

Unable to Edit shipping after order completed
We have found that we are not able to edit shipment and ad a tracking number after the order is complete. We can put a tracking number in while processing but not after.

I just checked, we are indeed using GOLD R6 build 6169. We have USPS and UPS shipping services. My developer thinks that it is requests being sent to the shipping services... but aren't those requests being made no matter whether we on the admin side or client side? We see no delay on client's side....

This has been happening since the upgrade in December. Just checking to see if anybody else has this issue or if there is a fix for it. Yes they can change in the address book but it does not change the address in the order that is having the payment declined. I tried it to make sure. In 7 it prompted the customer to change the billing address, in that specific order, they did and tried payment again. 90% of these issues were handle...

Customer ability to edit billing address
Just found out from a customer that they cant edit their billing address when a payment was declined do to a address mismatch. So i logged in as them and sure enough there is no ability for them to edit the billing address. Was this intentional, a setting that didn't transfer on upgrade or something...

That worked. Do you all have a guide that talks about all the things we need to fix? I found today gift certs were not working. Telling customer the amount was out of range. The old version did not have a range so it gave the error.

So you dont just set up priority mail and expect usps to return a quote. You have to set up each one and it tries each and returns a quote for the applicable service?
