we have multiple repeat customers. Sometimes on their first purchase they checkout as a guest. When they return they attempt to checkout and try to register with a PW but the system won't let them use that email address b/c it is already being used. Is there a way around this so they can return and ...

is there a way to take people back to the page/spot where they added something to cart instead of going back to the home page.

For some reason, recently (it worked correctly before) VOLUME DISCOUNTS is off by 1 number.

i have it set at 6 min/6 max and it gives the discount at 5
and it continues throughout the levels
set at 9 min/9 max it gives that discount at 8.

Thoughts??

You have a product that doesn't work correctly with one of largest advertising and payment platforms....don't you think they should fix it? Is there a fix in the works?

Sorry...i was referring to the paypal issue that it doesn't track in adwords as it bounces back the order summary page and not the receipt page.

Has there been an IPhone/IPAD fix for users. I can't find it when searching the forums and I get emails all the time that people can't add things to the cart when they use an IPHONE or IPAD. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

This was due to a SLOW server...we double the speed, etc and it fixed it. Apparently we had a bunch of files, etc...
