When will Commerce Builder for 7.0.7 be released?

Do we have to wait for Commerce Builer 7.0.7 to try and install the cart 7.0.7 for WA taxes
Aalso, based on the above issues, is it safe to upgrade at this time?

1. What table is that data in so we can export it and get it to the state
2. Do we need to upgrade to Commerce Builder 7.0.7 too in order to install this update?

Great, I can see that. But, I'm looking for details as to what the change was, how to access it...you know. Details so we can figure out how to use it

We have been waiting for the update to wa state tax. Can someone detail what was done and how we get access to the data needed to send to the state? The state wants tax reported by location code. So we need zip+4, location, sales, tax, total. And a way to get that info out. Anyone know?

I have FedEx set up.
I have weight and dimensions on my products
I have 5 methods set up (ground, 1 day, 2 day, 3 day, home del)
I have a basic flat fee for all ground as the first priority
When I load the cart, I get the flat fee option but none of the express
