I actually resolved the issue in another thread -- viewtopic.php?f=42&t=13575
I just upped the Order Number in the Store Configuration and now things are synched up.
Thanks!

Re: Order number versus order ID and payment gateway
So if the most recent order has OrderNumber=7709 and OrderId=7710, then I just need to up the OrderNumber to be 7011. Then it will be in synch with the OrderID for the next purchase. And there's a way to update the OrderNumber, in Configure > Website. I purchased the next order myself, to test, and ...

Re: Order number versus order ID and payment gateway
Hello, Can you explain to me what you mean by "First off let me say that I'm aware of the differences between order number and order id (the forum is a great resource)" ? My client just emailed me saying that the confirmation emails are listing orders that are off by one. In the email they see order...

Order # in Emails off by 1
Hello, My client has reported that, just a week ago, the order # in the email templates has been off by one. For instance, in the email for one, it says Order # 7669. However, if you go to that order number in the admin area, it's for a different customer and order. But you can see, if you look at t...

Re: DataPort - Correct Version or not!
I found this thread because I had the same issue with 7.0.4. The 7.7 Data Port files DO NOT work, even with the correct 7.0.4 folder files. The 7.6 Data Port files do. I also had the issue where the Data Port Utility doesn't work for Windows 7. (!!!) The solution, which I found in another thread, is...

Figured out the issue... as I suspected, it was a bigger issue, not really related to AC, and it is resolved.

Re: Global.asax Issues / License Problem?
Thanks! That did get me further. There were 3-4 instances in the Global.asax where it was having that same issue -- and when I put "CommerceBuilder.Utility." in front of the function, it appeared to work. The next issue I got was a reference to the Intelligensia Rewriter in the web.config -- which l...

Global.asax Issues / License Problem?
Hi. We had our 7.0.4 AC site running back in February under a temp domain.... and then it sat there for several months ... and now the client is ready to launch it. However, if you access the site now, there are errors (see below). This is really odd because no changes have been made to the store or...

Re: "StringHelper does not exist in current context"
Hello, I have the same issue -- but thing that's odd is that the site was actually up and running a while ago. The client purchased the product, I got it installed and customized, and then they didn't want to launch it for several months. Now they are ready to revisit -- and when we go to the store ...

Re: Possible to add columns to Control Panel Order View?
Thanks for the response. Ideally it would nice if it was something customizable via the control panel, so we wouldn't have to worry about any custom work being overwritten in future versions.
AC Developers -- this would be a nice add-on or future upgrade feature.

Re: Admin edit email templates error EventId key
Okay. I went to add a new email template. On the "Message Content" tab I just added "Test" for most fields and my own email address for the email fields. I didn't even look at the Event Triggers tab. When I submitted the page, I got a standard error page with this text: Server Error in '/' Applicati...

Hi, we are also having this issue. Our site was also an upgrade to 7.0.4.
Any help on this would be appreciated.

Re: Updating Products -- Leading Zeros on SKU column
Thanks for the reply. This sounds like good news. When I download it into a CSV, though, the leading zeros are gone -- so I see numbers with one, two, or three leading zeros missing. Are you thinking they will somehow retain the leading zeros? Or, maybe it would be best to not include this column in...

Updating Products -- Leading Zeros on SKU column
Hi. We did an initial product update a while back. The client has since added photos and weights and other details -- but now needs to do some mass updating of products. It is my understanding that I could use the DataPort utility to download the current product data, update it in a CSV file -- and ...

Re: Google Analytics Ecommerce Tracking -- not showing up
No, that is what I was looking for -- but I just see the regular GA code, like so: <script type="text/javascript"> var gaJsHost = (("https:" == document.location.protocol) ? "https://ssl." : "http://www."); document.write(unescape("%3Cscript src='" + gaJsHost + "google-analytics.com/ga.js' type='tex...

Google Analytics Ecommerce Tracking -- not showing up
Hi. I have enabled Google Analytics on the site via Configure > Page Tracking. I made sure that the Google Analytics Widget is in the footer -- it is and I can see the general tracking code on all of the pages. The Page Tracking page also says: "For E-Commerce tracking to work, Checkout/Receipt.aspx...
