AbleCommerce Shopping Cart Software

I am using VERSION: 7.0.5.14135 and am consistently getting warnings with FedEx since 1/3/11:
Error obtaining rate quote for shipping method (any method FedEx) 61468 : Recipient postal code does not match recipient state/province code.

Is there a fix for this?

Still receive this message after listing another address in carbon copy:
Success! Your message is being sent to 1 recipient(s).

Also, why is there a message that "from message should be domain.ltd"?

Just upgraded to 7.0.5.... In configure>email>templates, I have two addresses listed in the templates, but emails are only sending to one recipient (customer). I've tried 'to' 'cc' and 'bcc'. Anyone else have this issue?
