We only authorize payments with able commerce and later charge them in Stone Edge. As a result when customers log in to see their order status under payments it always shows "pending". I have talked to Stone Edge and there is no way to edit this with stone edge once a credit card has been charged. D...

I'm looking for a way to create an order status page that uses order information to check the status of an order instead of logging into an account as many of our customers do not create accounts when they place an order.

Does anyone know if there is a way to do that?
