AbleCommerce Shopping Cart Software

Using the dataport I can download user information to Excel but it does not provide a field for "group". How can I download the user information with group relationships?

Where do i find information related to user login history? I'd like to know when my established users were last online.

I've not used the DataPort before today but received the following error message when trying to download a product list:

INVALID RESPONSE FROM SERVER. COULD NOT DESERIALIZE.

Can anyone shine some light on this one for me?
