Without looking at the actual files I can't tell. Are you using a child theme or a default Able theme. Sometimes when using a default theme and edit the css, it gets overwritten when there is a an update to the site files.

Have you tried to turn off the "remember password" setting in firefox under security? If not try to turn that off and delete all history and cookies before trying the scan again.

Hello VetShop, Still use 72 dpi. The key is to make sure the image is the largest size you want it before you let Able resize. If you take a small image and make it larger, it pixelates. If you size down, it's usually fine. So try it with a large image, for example if the largest you use is 500 x 50...
