We have updated that value and tried this on both debug.ntwonline.com and www.ntwonline.com and it still doesn't return any results. When we use "google.com/search?cx=..." it DOES return results though. Any ideas what might be the problem here?

We originally set it up with debug.ntwonline. We just switched it to ntwonline.com like you suggested, but it still doesn't return anything. I put the pages on the live site to see if it might work there, but that didn't return any results either.
