Disregard on my previous post. I went to the link immediately above and downloaded / reinstalled those files and things are as they should be again.

I can't get the new USPS names/rates to load yet. I am running 7.0.3 on a 2003 server and have switched back and forth between the two DLL versions several times with no luck.
