I compared both,for the production it missing NVelocity: 7.2.0.0 which exist in development site
But the /bin directory in the production site do have this dll , how can I active this dll?

Have trouble to ship to UK. Currently it is showing this error when "United Kingdom" selected:

"No shipping methods are available for the current items and/or the given destination. "

All other countries are just fine

I found that any refund order that was made through a site who have joined our affilate program, the system doesn't do any credit deduction for the refund order. Is it any code there can take care this issue?
