I don't see how this would be possible. Every price would have to be adjusted when the invoice was created. This would probably cause all kinds of accounting issues.

PayPal sandbox requires that you have a server that can be accessed for the IPN to work now. In other words, you can't test using localhost.

Not at this time. We had to focus on getting the final version completed. Currently, we are working on a service pack to fix some bugs. Then we'll be looking to add new features. This one has already been logged and is waiting to be reviewed.
