Do you really believe customers bail out because of no 1 page checkout? I'm just curious, I don't see (as a consumer) that it's that big of a deal.

yep. Our A/B testing proves it.

Noting that 1-Page Checkout doesn't work on mobile, I'm trying to find what does work for Able customers.

Do you know of any work-around? 60% of our traffic is mobile and our checkout rate is abysmal, which testing shows it's because of the lack of 1-page checkout.

Has anyone used services such as Optimizely or VWO to A/B test and optimize their Able site? If so, what problems did you encounter integrating the service with your site? Any recommendations for a specific service?

Yes and yes. The checkout payment page modifications are only CSS-related.

PayPal payment method form was modified to render a different PayPal button. No other payment method forms were customized.

This is likely a setting with your payment processor to fail the transaction if the address is not matching the credit card.
