I don't agree that it "should" require customization. If by default, the users can't see if they added something to the cart, esp in mobile, that's a problem to me and I'm sure customers as well.

Anybody have a good list of foreign provinces and their abbreviations? We are looking to go international, but I can't find a good source with a comprehensive list of provinces and abbreviations for anything other than a few countries.
