If we have for instance a 10% sale.. the prices carried over to shipstation do not reflect the sale prices..just the normal prices.

When orders are transferred to shipstation they do not reflect the discounted prices so customers are getting charged more for import fees. The only way to adjust this that I have seen is to go in and edit every items price in shipstation manually.

Is there a different way to approach this?

Is there a list of all the new features of v9?

I guess there is no "problem" it is just a bit harder to see whats new, its skinnier, etc..

Is it just me or did the forums lose the skins?

So far the fix seems to be working. Watch out for the other issue I have had with Payeezy which is any special characters in a customers info pushed to payeezy will cause a 404 error. I got my bank involved and said figure it out or I will be forced to switch processors so we will see what they find out. It is not a new issue for me.. I just found out about it but it has been happening ever since I switched to them back in April.

They are telling me there is no option to not accept partial payments. I was on the phone for 2 hours with them. The settings I can see do not show anything about partial payments in the system I have access to.

Nope.. Why does my account show I do not have support now? I have a active subscription through 9/2019.. did we lose support somewhere along the line?

Just found this is not a option in Payeezy so AC should have been programmed to handle this correctly.

I have attached 2 pictures showing where payeezy accepted a partial payment and how AC marked it as fully paid.

Not sure how many people use payeezy as a payment gateway but when my account was setup it was set to allow for partial payments.. as in AC requests $1000 and for whatever reason Payeezy approves it for $40 and when it goes back to AC it is marked as paid for the full amount so you then get screwed ...

I have a issue with shipstation where when I manually mark a order as shipped instead of shipping a order the usual way the tracking number does not carry over to AC. Can you try adding a few more zones and selecting multiple zones for one method and see if that works as expected?

If I select all zones it works as I would imagine
If I select a single zone it works as I would imagine
If I select multiple zones it does not work as I would imagine

It is almost as if the code is not set to process through multiple zones when specific ones are selected
