If you combine two orders in shipstation it will not add tracking to the order that gets consumed (in shipstation) in the combine when you sync status.. is there a way around this? We have had at least a few people checkout with UPS live rates today and I do not see any errors.

I had at least one customer say he goes to the store and it shows someone else's stuff in his cart.. he hits refresh and it goes away.

Might have described that wrong.. What I called non global is non global as far as the customers but is global for the products. So if I give a global 15% coupon to a specific customer and then later have a 10% global sale then that customer gets both discounts.

It is not just a issue with that though... it is also that a non global will stack with a global. If it just used only the highest discount that would solve my issue as well.

Is there a way to have the "customer added a note" E-mail to use the customers E-mail as the from E-mail? We are using zendesk and this would allow us to reply to the notes within that.

Just double checked.. one from 9/24 shows the "issue refund" button but any past 9/7 (or close to it) do not so it looks like any past 60 days or so do not show the option for me. I have not looked to see if this is code I can change on my end yet.

There is no error.. it just does not show the option.

Not sure if PayPal made a change but you can refund up to 180 days but under payments on a order it does not let you do it up to that many days..
