I'm just curious if there is any chance of the availablility of Partial Capture with the PayJunction gateway. I know there system is going to be upgraded soon but maybe the feature is just not in their API ...

I came across this not too long ago and found it to be very helpful when upgrading to 7.0.3. In the end, the only trouble I ran into was with my SQL Express 2008 Database. This certainly helped me keep all my customizations in place with a lot less work than the beta upgrades and the 7.0.2 upgrade. ...

I would definitely be interested in making an option choice the default selection. Especially on some of my products with only one option, it's counter-intuitive to have to select the only option that's available.

If anyone comes up with a way to modify this, I'll be happy to try it out.

Well, in continuing to mess around with this, I decided to try out the .NET 3.5 files that were included with the 7.0.2 release. After changing the two dlls and the web.config to the updated version, everything worked great.

So, all is well for now.

My site is currently half working, which is bad for the site and even more frustrating for me ... What seems to be the problem is with the .NET roles and users and getting the user names and everything from the database through the CommerceBuilder assembly instead of through one of the normal author...

It's pretty much been narrowed down to HackerSafe/McAfee Secure - when it scans your site it'll generate all these errors. The fix is supposed to be incorporated into the 7.2 update.

If you don't have McAfee Secure, then I'm not sure what could be causing it ...

And 10 seconds later, I figure out that it relates the group restrictions to the special pricing rules. Oh well, at least I know now.

Any ideas on what the SpecialGroups table is for? I'm hoping it's for assigning a pricing rule for a group that I can assign products to. Maybe this feature hasn't been fully implemented and it's just an "extra" table.

I figured out my problem. It seems, since I'm using almost exclusively variants, that I needed to provide a weight in each variant, not in the general product properties.

It's working now so that's good!
