Got this address from a customer: 815 Finnlayson ave WATSON LAKE YT y0a1c0 CANADA No UPS rates pulled up. Does anyone have a zip file of invoice.aspx and invoice.aspx.cs that prints shipping message and orders notes? I downloaded mazhar's last download, and it looks very good, but it is lacking order notes at the bottom.

We need to have the ability to setup some predefined rates just in case the shipping gateway does not work on the domestic side. @bsweeney Thanks for the reply. Sounds like a good reason to have shipping method fail-over. If you have no shipping methods both the customer and merchant is screwed.

Domestic orders are starting to flow back in with custom rates. (I don't have custom rates set up on international orders) Would someone kindly let me know when UPS is working again so I can switch back? I am giving some good discounts on domestic rates, so would like to revert back ASAP when fixed.

I believe this person had the same error and had a fix for it that you might want to take note. In my case I abandoned 4.0 and went back to 3.5 which make things work.

Says its only available if you have a contract for the service. About time they do something to help the military guys out.

That is certainly very odd behavior and not something that should be happening.
