I agree.. 3 days later and I am still finding issues.. shipping accounts changed to global.. item level discounts changed to global.. etc.. If the only user assigned to a discount, etc is deleted it should either delete those or default them to a special non user account or something. It is not even...

Called Payeezy and they say they have never supported "special characters" and that is why these customers get the 404 error.
Looks like the Payeezy interface needs to be programmed to strip out any "special characters".

Turned on debugging.. When I get these errors there is a send but no receive.. According to Payeezy 400 Bad Request Input Request is invalid or incorrect. Looking at the send the only thing I can think of is the customer has weird characters in his address.. (Icharge.Customer.Address: ********, 5, 6...

Deleted some user groups.. what a mistake..
So if you have user groups not being used anymore and they have discounts or shipping methods assigned to them and you delete the user group it defaults those discounts and shipping methods to EVERYONE... why?????

I got one of these today.. six yesterday.. the error time does not match a transaction charge/denial on payeezy so it doesn't seem to be getting that far.. Just looking for a idea of where these are coming from.

Option to auto cancel them with maybe a E-mail to the user just in case they did not get the memo that they didn't finish the checkout or there was a payment issue?

I understand it may be harder to implement than it is for CC but it would be great if failed paypal payments did not create orders.

The problem is I have a lot of wholesale customers who get say 10% or 15% off all the time. If I do a sale where everyone gets 10% off for example then those people now get 20% or 25% off.

This was asked about over a year ago and your solution was to use storewide discounts.. obviously that is not a viable solution with the way it is currently setup. So basically as is if you use discounts for multiple customers then there is no way to have a store wide sale without requiring a code. ...

You may be right.. never tried it as I have been told multiple times now by Chase that they cannot enable it on their end.. Having a option to have the orders marked as paid with a warning would be a great solution to the problem. Having them automatically go to a separate order status would make it...

What Chase told me is AC needs to have setting to not accept a AVS mismatch.. they cannot set a option for it to fail. I just want it so I do not get chargebacks when it could have been avoided by only accepting AVS matching transactions.
