I followed both suggestions and everything seems to be working as expected.

We are looking to add a custom field to the order filter page.
The Admin/Orders/Default.aspx has fields at the top to filter the order list.
It appears to be using an OrderFilter Object and passing it into OrderDataSource.

We received an order that was paid with Paypal Express.
The order payment shows "Unprocessed" in AbleCommerce, but Paypal shows the order as "Paid"
