Yes, I was looking more for a backend, "Browse" button, with the ability to upload one or more files, then an automated way to display the files associated with the product on the frontend. Obviously if it was just a link, I could add a link in the HTML description.

Not really, the issue is that able is sending the email as another user. There are a lot of reasons you wouldnt want to do that, depending on the volume of emails that get sent out. A "bug" wouldnt be the correct word I guess, but able is set up to use a standard SMTP mail service, not Exchange Serv...
