The address formatting can be changed if you go to the Configure > Regions > Countries page. Edit the United States and in the Address Format field you can move the comma to the correct location.

From the edit digitial good page, you should see a selection for Serial Key Provider. Choose the default option and click UPDATE. After doing so, you will see a Configure link. Just click that and you can enter your serial keys in the form.

The patch applies to Builds 9879 through 10152 as it is a cumulative update. You can safely apply the SR2 update on build 10152.
