I'm unable to run the abandoned baskets report - I just get "server timeout error" It works every once in awhile, seems to be no rhyme or reason but I've been unable to see one for at least a week now. Any suggestions?

Hi, I read many older posts about this but I had thought the problem was resolved. We have vendors set up that drop ship products for us. When and order is placed, the vendor receives a copy of the order BUT it shows all products, not just the products that vendor supplies. How do we fix this? Thanks.

Yes, had that problem too and we did shut off the USPS options for a few hours. Maybe a nice feature add would be to more easily and quickly"disable" a shipping option.
