Products Data to XML for new site

Hello,
I need assistance with getting my products (approx 420) loaded to the shopping cart.
I can have all data provided into an excel/csv file, including four custom fields: Colors, Sizes, etc.
Let me know if you need any additonal information about the service.
Also, someone that can offer other "as-needed" services in the future.
