We are up and running with our new website (http://www.northamericanrehab.com).
If you have the time, we would greatly appreciate any feedback.
We're also concerned that the resolution of some of the images is too large causing enormous slowdowns with a customer utilizing a 28.8 or 56K modem connection.
Thanks in advance for all your advice.

It's a nice looking site, but you are correct. The large images that you have are definitely slowing down your site. Especially since you have the images displaying smaller than their actual size. This causes your customers to have to download unnecessarily large images and they don't even get the full benefit of being able to see them. This is especially true for your thumbnail images.
I wrote a great tutorial on our site that discusses images and image sizes, specifically for using in an e-commerce site like AbleCommerce.

Congrats on using AbleCommerce!
I suggest posting your request for review in the "Critique My Site" forum below, a more appropriate location.
It looks like a basic "out of the box" site to be honest. I don't particularly care for the boxes down the left/right columns protruding outside the frame of the header. It certainly is functional and runs very fast, but design wise, I think you could add a lot more artistic talent. I'm not sure who here does AbleCommerce design work, but it would be money well spent if unable to do it yourself.
Good luck with your business, you've chosen the right shopping cart without a doubt!

Another site to look at
We have a 5.2 site that we are going to phase out when we get our new 5.5 site off the ground.
If you guys can take a look at it and tell me what you think we should change/improve in our new site, I'd really appreciate it.

Also, does anyone know of an easy way to add <h1> tags to the catagory page?

I know you must be asking more than it looks like you are asking. Are you talking about <h1>tags with dynamic content? Or where on the page do you want to add them?
