AbleCommerce BETA (v.9) launched on October 31, 2018. We have a new AbleCommerce developer and community forums for the latest version of our shopping cart application. Our new forums and website use a single-sign-on to access our original products, pricing, and discounts. Just make sure to log in to our website using your AbleCommerce username and password.

I'm getting an error when I try to log into the new forum

Have you tried to login in store first and then visiting the forums?

Yes. I get the same error.

have you made any successful login in forums at all or done any postings etc?

No never used it before. Had no idea it even existed until today.

Please try again, make fresh login into ablecommerce.com and then visit community forums. Let's see if it works this time.

Still doesn't work. Here are my steps:
Clear browser cookies
browser to www.ablecommerce.com
click login at the top
log in on login page
scroll to bottom and click forums link

I'm not sure why this didn't work for you, but I went ahead and manually added forums access to your account.
