CMCRescue.com, migrated from custom PHP

We heavily modified the Scriptlets to use the existing HTML/JS/CSS from their previous PHP site.

- Main products are not actually purchasable. Only the Product Accessories are.
- Since the purchasable products do not have their own individual pages, the search result only returns the main products that they're related to.
- Added a web service to return a search result in the drop-down as you type.
- Replace product image popup with in-page loader and magnifier.
- Heavy use of product templates to display the custom product info fields, and additional resources on the right-hand side.
- Sitemap page of automated links (bottom nav)
- Modified single-page checkout U.I.
