You've got a really great looking site there. Everything looks clean and I don't really see much room for improvement.
The only suggestion I have is to make the header multiple graphics instead of an image map so you can use a rollover effect when the cursor goes over different sections. Also, your customers wouldn't have to download a new 13k graphic every time they went to a different page (top_fine_art.gif, top_enter_mem.gif, top_aboutus.gif, etc.). They'd only have to download the small part of the image that changes.
But that's just a personal preference. The site looks great.

shipping quote
You have a not so prominent shipping quote on the left *only* by the item. From the cart there is no quoter, there is a need for that with anyone buying more than 1 item.
the first image here: https://www.lipf.com/html/nassau_county ... s_mus.html produces a not authorized error page.
the link https://www.lipf.com/html/custom_framing.html comes up under a https, so it will prompt users who set their browser accordingly that they are entering a secure area, however not all items are secure {likely images}, is this category page intentionally secure? [rhetorical]
good luck - looks like fun! I will be up here soon with our new store!

Definitely a nice looking site.
Across the top of your header you have links like search / what's new / etc. They include the url parameter ?SID=5. That should not be required, if you have manually added that on to the link. (Usually I favor no url parameters on links when possible)

Very smooth webcatalog. I love the layout and the content. Clean and highly readable.
I did find an error on the front page. When the top right image is done loading (the one with The Secretariat and Al Capone) and you click on it, it comes up with an error screen.
Server Error in '/ac5' Application.

The web address at the top of the error screen is this:
