May I ask what you did to change the navigation boxes to use a background image (for the rounded corners)?

It looks like he's using a background image in TH.MenuBox {font-weight:bold;color:#000; background-image:url(../images/products/topnav.gif);text-align:center;border-bottom-width:1px;border-bottom-style:solid;border-bottom-color:#000;padding:0px}
