Site conversion from Volusion to Able Commerce - CoolFitted

Post by sageinternet » Sat Nov 18, 2006 11:51 pm

This is an interesting project to convert the existing site powered by Volusion over to Able Commerce. The work in progress can be seen here: http://www.coolfitted.com

If anyone has any ideas/opinions/feedback/advice I'd love to hear it.

It looks like you're cloning it pretty well. It's hard for me to read with the black bacground and the blue buttons. but that is probably what the merchant wants? To me it says go somewhere else, this is too hard to concentrate on.

Thanks I appreciate you give me your thoughts on the design. Yes we directly copied it as closely as possible as per the client requirement. Actually quite a challenge as many of the Volusion ecommerce features are different than Able. We do hope to upgrade it as time progresses
