Figured out the pattern on missing email addresses ac_Orders

Post by AbleMods » Mon Dec 03, 2007 3:42 pm

It's the customers who pay using paypal buynow flavor.

It's not populating the email address in the ac_Orders table.

How can I turn that off? It's causing more problems that it's solving for me at this point. the way the PayPal button appears on the sidebar, people think that's the only way to pay.

That's one reason why on our site we don't use Paypal express- button shows on the basket page and customers think that is the only way they can pay.

Well, thank you for the info. I just happen to be working on Express Checkout right now. I can correct the issue.

Edit: Actually it turns out I already corrected the source of the problem. This will be available in our pending update for PayPal.
Cheers,
Logan
