Bulk Data Import

I am currently evaluating AbleCommerce 7 and I was told that there is no tool currently availble to do bulk import by AbleCoomerce.
Does anybody know of a tool that I can use for bulk import?

Fortunately, you were misinformed.

There is a free utility included with AC7 known as the Data Import Client.

It supports bulk import/export of customers, orders, products etc. It's quite flexible and very well designed. It also supports migration of Able 5.5 stores directly into 7.0.

I've worked extensively with the data structures in AC7 and have written my customized imports for distributor data feeds.

Either way, it's very possible and very supported.
