Fedex Integrated Ship Methods not available

Post by nickc » Mon Feb 18, 2008 12:27 pm

I've configured 3 ship methods under Fedex integrated carrier using a test account and meter number obtained from Fedex developer site. Neither the estimator or the checkout page show the Fedex methods. A test "flat-rate" method is the only one that shows. All products have weight. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks,
Nick

Hello Nick,

The most common issue is not having a valid address set to your warehouse.
Thanks for your support

Thanks Mike. Just to be sure, I added a second warehouse and updated the products, cleared the basket, started over. That seemed to do the trick.

+1 here too. We were just having a total panic for the same reason, and it seems like creating an add'l warehouse, moving the products there and deleting the first warehouse did the trick.

Does this mean editing every product? :x or is there a "method" or tool to do that? For example, a global edit capability?

I had to move every product, but I was probably just suffering an RC2 bug here.

I found it ... although it wasn't intuitively obvious to the most casual observer
I edited six products from the catalog/browse function, changing the warehouse individually for each, then I went to the configure warehouse page and found the six I had changed listed for the new warehouse. I went to the old warehouse and suddenly realized I could move the rest by clicking one select button. That's not obvious when you only have one warehouse so I decided to add it here so the next "newbie" can find it more quickly. (I guess that assumes there might be others like me) 8)
