That integrate with Able?

Does GumTree have those features? Or is there another tool that helps with customer support and issue tracking?

I think the only thing in AC7 now is the order notes.
I corresponded with Gumtree a few weeks ago about something else, and they said they were working on an implementation for Able 7.

We use this product to track both customer service (our support emails and fax#'s feed directly into it) and dev features/bugs for a dozen or so web properties.
