NO Shipping charges:

We have UPS setup for all orders but APO, which we have USPS set up for.

We occasionally get a order by that has charged the Credit Card, but doesn’t add shipping. These are standard USA, NON APO orders.

Any Ideas?

i had also...

check the warehouse of the product.. it doesnt add shipping charges when warehouse field is empty..

I checked a few products of these orders, all items are in the warehouse, still digging.

I've had maybe two in 6 months. Nothing to freak out about, but still it was quite a surprise with each one as to how it could have been possible given the other 99.9% of my orders were just dandy.
