Installation Error on GoDaddy

I am trying to create a new site and after following the instruction related to godaddy hosting. I start the install process. After I enter site key and database info. My browser errors to page not found. (/install/Configure2.aspx). I have deleted all files and started over a fewe times with the same results.
I have followed the instructions at Able Commerce (FAQ: How do I install to a shared hosting environment?)
Any ideas?

After spending a few hours on the problem, I found the key was setup for a URL and not an IP address. Since this is a new site and we are changing hosting companies the key was sending the page information to the currunt hosting company and not the new one. I was able to get a key from Able Commerce quickly that works with either our URL or a specific IP
I hope this helps anyone with this problem in the future.
